What we’re looking for :
- Manage complete payroll cycles (monthly/bi‑weekly) with precision.
- Validate inputs from HRMS, finance, and attendance systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, taxation).
- Coordinate payroll audits and liaise with internal/external auditors.
- Partner with finance for payroll funding and reconciliations.
- Address employee queries on salary slips, reimbursements, and taxation.
- Generate payroll reports for management and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on labor law changes impacting payroll.
- Collaborate with vendors for payroll software and compliance activities.
What you’ll bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
- 6–8 years of payroll experience in mid/large organizations.
- Hands‑on expertise with HRMS/payroll software (Zoho preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Payroll automation experience.
- Knowledge of income tax calculations and Form 16 generation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
