Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – HR Payroll

What we’re looking for :

  • Manage complete payroll cycles (monthly/bi‑weekly) with precision.
  • Validate inputs from HRMS, finance, and attendance systems.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, taxation).
  • Coordinate payroll audits and liaise with internal/external auditors.
  • Partner with finance for payroll funding and reconciliations.
  • Address employee queries on salary slips, reimbursements, and taxation.
  • Generate payroll reports for management and compliance purposes.
  • Stay updated on labor law changes impacting payroll.
  • Collaborate with vendors for payroll software and compliance activities.

What you’ll bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of payroll experience in mid/large organizations.
  • Hands‑on expertise with HRMS/payroll software (Zoho preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Payroll automation experience.
  • Knowledge of income tax calculations and Form 16 generation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
