What we’re looking for :

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Manage end‑to‑end sales for high‑value properties (₹3 Cr+), delivering tailored pitches and closing deals seamlessly.
  • HNW Client Engagement: Cultivate long‑term relationships with luxury buyers, investors, and channel partners.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and guide sales executives; set KPIs and monitor performance.
  • Market Insights: Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and provide revenue forecasts to leadership.

What you’ll bring :

  • 5–10+ years of proven success in luxury residential real estate.
  • Strong track record in selling villas or other high‑ticket properties.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑relationship skills.
  • Established network of brokers, wealth managers, and HNI buyers.
  • Graduate degree in Business/Marketing/Finance preferred.
