What we’re looking for :
- Coordinate installations and refurbishments (telecom, electricity, HVAC, office infrastructure)
- Ensure upkeep of equipment and facilities in line with safety standards
- Inspect building structures and systems for maintenance needs
- Monitor utilities and implement cost‑saving measures
- Supervise facility staff and manage external contractors
- Oversee waste management, parking, and security protocols
- Optimize space utilization for organizational needs
- Manage service contracts, insurance, and AMC agreements
- Maintain accurate records and reports for facility operations
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and compliance
What you’ll bring :
- Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in facility or construction management
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, property management, and building services
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
