What we’re looking for :
- Oversee finance and accounting operations end‑to‑end.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and banking activities.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Conduct financial and variance analysis for project profitability.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and ledgers.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership for business planning.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
What you’ll bring :
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior exposure to real estate or construction industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
