- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for cost‑effective solutions.
- Uphold safety standards, statutory compliance, and conduct regular inspections.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering performance excellence.
- Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and present operational reports to management.
What you’ll bring :
- 8–10 years of facility management experience in hospitality.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, pools, electrical, and plumbing.
- Proven ability to manage diverse hospitality facilities.
- Effective communicator with problem‑solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to deliver results under tight timelines.
