We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Learning Consultants to join a growing EdTech organization and help aspiring learners choose the right programs for their career growth.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Engage with prospective students and guide them through the admission process

✅ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to enrollment

✅ Counsel learners on suitable courses and career development opportunities

✅ Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to maximize conversions

✅ Maintain and update CRM records accurately

✅ Build strong relationships with potential learners and provide exceptional customer experience

Required Skills

✔ 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Admissions, or Counseling

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

✔ Ability to handle high-volume lead interactions

✔ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

✔ Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities

Ideal Candidate
