Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in hospitality sales to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve room, banquet, and overall revenue targets

✅ Acquire new corporate accounts, travel partners, event planners, and business opportunities

✅ Drive business across Corporate, MICE, Travel Trade, Leisure, Weddings, and Banquets segments

✅ Conduct client meetings, presentations, networking events, and property site visits

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and revenue opportunities

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to maximize occupancy and business performance

✅ Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance reviews

Required Skills

✔ Proven experience in Hospitality or Hotel Sales

✔ Strong business development and client acquisition skills

✔ Experience handling Corporate, MICE, Events, Weddings, and Banquet sales

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

✔ Strong market awareness and revenue-driven approach

✔ Ability to achieve targets and drive business growth

Ideal Candidate
