We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales growth, strengthen distribution networks, and lead frontline sales teams in a dynamic FMCG environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive territory growth through effective execution strategies
• Expand product distribution and strengthen market presence across assigned territories
• Build and manage retail and wholesale channel networks
• Identify new business opportunities and develop market expansion plans
• Lead, coach, and motivate frontline sales teams to achieve performance goals
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports, forecasts, and market insights
• Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and brand promotion activities
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain product availability
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitive activities
• Drive team reviews, performance management, and capability development initiatives

🎓 Qualification

Preferred Profile

• 3+ years (MBA) or 6+ years (Graduate) of experience in FMCG / OTC sales
• Prior experience managing sales teams is mandatory
• Strong track record in channel sales and distribution management
