Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Channel Sales

We are looking for experienced Channel Sales professionals from the Real Estate industry to join our growing sales team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, IPCs, and agencies for business generation.

– Drive sales through the channel partner network and achieve assigned sales targets.

– Conduct regular partner meetings, project presentations, and engagement activities.

– Ensure effective lead conversion and sales closures through channel-driven business.

– Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.

– Build long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure continuous business flow.

– Monitor channel partner performance, sales pipeline, and lead conversion metrics.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ 5–8 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Channel Sales.

✔ Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and IPCs within the Chennai market.

✔ Good understanding of local real estate trends, pricing, and competitor landscape.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and sales closure skills.

✔ Target-oriented professional with expertise in channel management and partner engagement.
