🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to residential real estate projects
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective customers
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for site visit conversions
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visit scheduling and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM/sales trackers
• Achieve monthly call targets, site visit targets, and conversion goals
• Address customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships
🎯 Required Skills
• Strong communication and convincing abilities
• Experience handling high-value real estate leads
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
• English and regional language proficiency preferred
