Senior Executive – Sales (Supply Side / Programmatic Advertising)

We are looking for a high-energy Senior Executive – Sales with strong expertise in outbound sales, publisher partnerships, and programmatic advertising ecosystems.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling
• Identify, engage, and onboard publishers across Web, CTV, and In-App ecosystems
• Execute multi-touch and multi-channel outreach strategies for global publisher acquisition
• Develop strong relationships with publishers, SSP partners, and media owners
• Support onboarding, integration, and early-stage account growth
• Collaborate with programmatic and operations teams to improve publisher monetization performance
• Monitor performance metrics such as eCPM, fill rates, and revenue growth
• Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and pipeline tracking
• Share market insights on programmatic trends, competitor positioning, and monetization strategies


🎯 Required Skills

• Strong outbound sales expertise including cold emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach
• Understanding of programmatic advertising, SSPs, ad exchanges, and monetization models
• Experience with account segmentation, ICP targeting, and stakeholder mapping
• Familiarity with Web, CTV, and In-App inventory ecosystems
• Experience using CRM and outreach tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Apollo, or Sales Navigator
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven mindset with structured pipeline management capabilities


Preferred Profile

• 4–6 years of experience in digital advertising, publisher partnerships, or AdTech sales
• Strong hunting mindset with proven outbound prospecting experience
• Ability to work with global markets and multiple time zones
