Associate Manager – Sales

We are looking for a high-performing Associate Manager – Sales with strong expertise in publisher partnerships, programmatic advertising, and revenue growth across Web, CTV, and In-App ecosystems.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through strategic publisher partnerships and outbound sales
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of global publishers across Web, CTV, and In-App platforms
• Identify, engage, and onboard high-value publishers across international markets
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements including revenue share and performance-based models
• Work closely with product and tech teams for integrations and onboarding support
• Optimize publisher monetization strategies and yield performance
• Manage relationships with key publisher accounts and stakeholders
• Lead and mentor lead-generation and outreach teams
• Monitor sales pipeline, outreach performance, and conversion metrics


🎯 Required Skills

• Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges)
• Experience in publisher monetization and supply-side advertising strategies
• Hands-on exposure to Web, CTV, and In-App ad formats
• Knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM), AdX, AdMob, AppLovin MAX, or IronSource
• Experience with CRM and outreach tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities


Preferred Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in AdTech, publisher sales, or programmatic advertising
• Experience working with global markets including the US and Europe
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive business growth independently
