We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in real estate finance, project accounting, and taxation to support financial operations and compliance.
🔑 What You’ll Do
• Manage project-wise financial closures (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Handle project accounting, cost allocation, and profitability tracking
• Oversee WIP, revenue recognition, and variance analysis
• Ensure GST compliance, reconciliations, and direct tax filings
• Support audits, statutory compliance, and RERA requirements
• Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and working capital
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Qualified CA with 4–6 years post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of real estate accounting & taxation (GST, RERA)
• Hands-on experience in project accounting and financial closures
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Preferred
• Experience handling multiple real estate projects
• Exposure to RERA compliance and funding structures
• Knowledge of JDAs, land accounting, and revenue-sharing models
