We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage end-to-end technology operations, ensuring seamless system performance and strong data security across business functions.
🔑 What You’ll Do
• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software
• Ensure smooth functioning of Wi-Fi, internet, and internal systems
• Oversee hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, and payment integrations
• Support guest-facing technologies and digital experiences
• Implement cybersecurity practices and data protection protocols
• Provide IT support across departments (Front Office, F&B, Finance, HR, etc.)
• Manage IT vendors, procurement, and system upgrades
• Ensure timely maintenance, updates, and compliance documentation
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 5–8 years of IT experience, preferably in hospitality or similar environments
• Strong knowledge of PMS, POS systems, networking, and servers
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and system management
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection practices
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
⭐ Preferred
• Experience in luxury hospitality setups
• Exposure to integrated business systems and guest technologies
