What We’re Looking For :
- Lead end-to-end Managed SOC operations across multiple clients, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, and operational excellence.
- Transform traditional SOC environments through automation, advanced analytics, and modern security technologies.
- Drive cybersecurity solutioning, presales engagements, proposals, and service expansion opportunities.
- Manage account profitability, revenue growth, resource utilization, and commercial performance.
- Build and lead high-performing cybersecurity teams across L1, L2, and L3 operations.
- Establish strong client relationships, manage critical escalations, and ensure continuous service improvement.
- Maintain effective security governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
What You’ll Bring :
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, managed security services, or related IT domains, including 5–6 years in SOC delivery or operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple SOC accounts in an MSSP or managed services environment.
- Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR, NDR, UEBA, threat intelligence, incident response, and threat hunting.
- Experience in cybersecurity presales, solution architecture, and customer-facing engagements.
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, commercial planning, and service profitability.
- Excellent people leadership, stakeholder management, and escalation-handling skills.
- Familiarity with security automation, cloud security, and emerging AI-driven SOC capabilities.
