• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, rate analysis, and project costing.
• Ability to interpret and work with construction drawings and project specifications.
• Good understanding of contractor billing, variations, and commercial documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
