What We’re Looking For :
- Strong understanding of reinforcement detailing and structural drawings.
- Experience preparing Bar Bending Schedules for construction projects.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and reinforcement planning.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with engineering and site teams.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines.
What You’ll Bring :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BBS preparation or reinforcement estimation.
- Hands-on experience with BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with relevant construction standards and reinforcement practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
