What We’re Looking For :
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in architectural drafting or CAD design within the real estate, retail, or commercial construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other BIM software will be an added advantage.
- Experience preparing construction drawings, technical documentation, and working drawings.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction practices, and applicable building regulations.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent technical drafting skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional project teams.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
