- Experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Technical Operations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong understanding of Unix/Linux environments.
- Knowledge of production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with Java, C++, .NET, or similar programming languages.
- Hands-on exposure to Python, Shell Scripting, JavaScript, or Perl.
- Working knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, or Sybase.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, batch scheduling, and capacity management.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, Big Data technologies, or financial services is an added advantage.
