- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing of Welding Electrodes or Welding Consumables.
- Strong understanding of welding processes, industrial applications, and customer requirements.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Customer-focused professional with a strong commercial mindset.
- Willingness to travel across Nigeria for customer engagement and business development.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Metallurgy or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in technical sales within the welding consumables or related manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of welding electrode grades, industrial applications, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with welding processes, material properties, and troubleshooting customer issues.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Age between 35 and 45 years.
