What we’re looking for :
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
- Lead negotiations, closures, and lease documentation
- Build strong relationships with tenants, brands, and channel partners
- Identify new leasing opportunities and track market trends
- Plan mall zoning and tenant mix for optimal performance
- Handle renewals, expansions, exits, and tenant retention strategies
- Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review
- Ensure compliance with policies and lease terms
What you’ll bring :
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in leasing and mall management
- Strong network with national/international retail brands
- Proven track record in managing large leasing portfolios
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented approach
