What we’re looking for :
- Execute internal audits as per the annual plan
- Review financial, operational, and compliance processes to assess risks
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements
- Prepare audit observations, reports, and MIS for management
- Monitor corrective actions and follow up on findings
- Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations
- Perform data analysis to support audit conclusions
- Assist in risk assessment and annual audit planning
- Support investigations related to fraud or irregularities
- Maintain audit documentation in line with standards
What you’ll bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (CA/CMA/CIA/MBA preferred)
- 8–10 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or compliance
- Exposure to manufacturing, retail, logistics, or service industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, accounting principles, and risk management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally)
- Excellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
