We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager – GIS to lead geospatial and survey projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project execution from planning through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage GIS and Survey projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
✅ Oversee projects related to Land Surveying, Property Tax Surveys, Consumer Surveys, Utility Mapping, and Telecom GIS
✅ Coordinate with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives
✅ Manage GIS data production, validation, and delivery processes
✅ Ensure data accuracy, quality control, and adherence to project standards
✅ Prepare techno-commercial proposals, project plans, and execution strategies
✅ Recruit, train, and mentor survey and GIS teams
✅ Monitor project progress and implement best practices for efficient delivery
Required Skills
✔ 7–10 years of experience in Survey and GIS projects
✔ Strong expertise in GIS technologies, land surveying, and utility-based projects
✔ Proven experience in project management and team leadership
✔ Excellent client interaction and stakeholder management skills
✔ Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
✔ Ability to travel as per project requirements
