We are looking for an accomplished Senior Manager / AGM – Sales with strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate Sales to drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and lead high-value commercial transactions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
• Drive sales and leasing of commercial assets including office spaces, retail spaces, SCOs, business parks, and strata units.
• Generate new business through brokers, IPCs, corporate clients, and direct leads.
• Identify prospective clients, conduct meetings, and convert opportunities into successful closures.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial property solutions.
• Present project features, commercial viability, ROI analysis, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Monitor market trends, demand-supply dynamics, rental yields, and competitor activities.
• Provide recommendations on pricing, positioning, and sales promotions.
• Prepare sales pipeline reports, forecasts, and MIS dashboards.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with marketing, finance, legal, and project teams for seamless transaction execution.
• Support lead generation initiatives, campaigns, events, and digital outreach activities.
• Coordinate documentation, agreements, and compliance processes.
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct training on project knowledge, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
• Drive team productivity, performance reviews, and process adherence.
