We are looking for a highly accomplished Vice President – Accounts & Finance with strong expertise in IND AS, IPO/Listing readiness, and Real Estate Finance to lead strategic and operational finance functions for a fast-growing organization.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations including financial reporting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, audits, and compliance
• Drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis
• Ensure complete compliance with IND AS, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and statutory requirements
• Lead IPO / BSE / NSE listing readiness, DRHP coordination, due diligence, and investor-related activities
• Manage project finance, WIP accounting, RERA compliance, escrow management, and project-level financial controls
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting for subsidiaries, SPVs, and joint ventures
• Manage banking relationships, treasury operations, structured funding, and capital raising initiatives
• Partner with leadership teams on strategic business decisions and expansion plans
• Build and mentor high-performing finance, taxation, and compliance teams
• Present financial insights and reports to the Board, Audit Committee, and senior stakeholders
🎯 Required Skills & Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience in IND AS-compliant financial reporting
• Proven expertise in IPO / BSE / NSE listing processes and SEBI regulations
• Deep understanding of Real Estate Finance, RERA, JDA structures, and project accounting
• Strong exposure to treasury, taxation, audit management, and compliance frameworks
• Expertise in financial strategy, governance, and board-level reporting
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Yardi, or similar platforms
🎓 Qualification
• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• Additional qualifications such as CS / CMA / MBA Finance will be an advantage
