We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Accounts Manager to manage hospital partnerships, onboarding coordination, and client engagement activities.
π Key Responsibilities
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and key accounts
β’ Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for candidates and ensure timely completion
β’ Resolve client and candidate queries within defined timelines
β’ Conduct regular hospital visits and feedback discussions
β’ Ensure smooth coordination between operations, finance, and client teams
β’ Track onboarding status, documentation, and account activities accurately
β’ Support payment follow-ups and resolve finance-related concerns
β’ Drive repeat collaborations and strengthen long-term client relationships

β’ Strong communication and relationship management skills
β’ Experience in onboarding coordination and client servicing
β’ Ability to manage escalations and resolve issues effectively
