We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Accounts Manager to manage hospital partnerships, onboarding coordination, and client engagement activities.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and key accounts
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for candidates and ensure timely completion
• Resolve client and candidate queries within defined timelines
• Conduct regular hospital visits and feedback discussions
• Ensure smooth coordination between operations, finance, and client teams
• Track onboarding status, documentation, and account activities accurately
• Support payment follow-ups and resolve finance-related concerns
• Drive repeat collaborations and strengthen long-term client relationships
