Pre-Sales / Telecaller Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, qualify leads, and support the sales team in driving conversions.


🔑 What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements and buying intent
• Share project details, pricing, and availability with prospects
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
• Follow up with leads to drive engagement and conversions
• Support marketing campaigns by managing incoming leads
• Track daily and weekly performance metrics


🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach with good convincing ability
• Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead lifecycle
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
