πŸš€ Key Responsibilities

🌎 Export Strategy & Market Expansion

– Develop and execute export sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability

– Identify and expand into new international markets and geographies

– Track global trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes

🀝 Client & Distributor Management

– Build and manage strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and key clients

– Drive long-term partnerships and ensure client retention & growth

πŸ“¦ Export Operations & Execution

– Manage end-to-end export processes (pricing, negotiation, order finalization)

– Ensure smooth coordination with production, logistics, finance, and supply chain teams

– Oversee timely order execution and delivery

πŸ“‘ Compliance & Documentation

– Ensure adherence to international trade laws and export regulations

– Handle documentation including LC, shipping documents, customs clearance, and INCOTERMS

πŸ“Š Reporting & Performance Management

– Prepare and present MIS reports, forecasts, and business insights

– Drive profitability through pricing strategy and cost optimization

🎯 Leadership & Representation

– Lead and mentor the export team

– Represent the organization at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums

πŸŽ“ Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration / International Business

– MBA in International Business / Marketing (Preferred)

🎯 Experience Required

– 20–30 years in Export Sales / International Business

– Strong exposure to global markets and international client handling

– Proven track record in export growth and market expansion
