-Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract suitable talent

-Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including onboarding

-Coordinate with business teams to plan manpower requirements

-Manage performance review cycles and goal-setting processes

-Identify training needs and support learning initiatives

-Support career progression and succession planning programs

-Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
