⏳ Experience: 7 – 9 Years

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🏥 Employee Insurance Administration

-Manage end-to-end administration of employee health insurance programs

-Coordinate with insurance partners for renewals and policy management

-Handle employee and dependent enrolments and updates

-Maintain accurate records and policy documentation

-Support employees with policy-related queries and claim processes

-Track and reconcile policy data and premiums

-Coordinate with service providers for issue resolution

🤝 Employee Engagement

-Plan and execute employee engagement activities

-Organize events, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs

-Support initiatives to enhance employee experience

-Collect and analyse employee feedback to improve engagement

📋 HR Policies & Implementation

-Support development and implementation of HR policies

-Ensure proper communication and awareness of policies

-Maintain compliance with applicable regulations

-Assist in periodic policy reviews and updates

💻 HR Operations & Systems

-Maintain and update employee records in HR systems

-Ensure data accuracy and timely updates

-Support HR administrative processes and reporting

📊 Performance Management

-Support performance management activities

-Track appraisal cycles and documentation

-Coordinate with stakeholders during review cycles

📈 Reporting & Analytics

-Prepare HR reports and dashboards

-Analyse HR data for process improvements

-Support decision-making through data insights

🎓 Learning & Development

-Coordinate training programs and schedules

-Maintain training records and participation data

-Support implementation of learning initiatives

-Coordinate with trainers and vendors

-Track training effectiveness

✅ Candidate Profile

– 7–9 years of experience in HR Operations

-Strong experience in employee insurance administration

-Knowledge of HR systems and processes

-Good analytical and coordination skills

-Strong communication skills

-Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
