-Formulate and implement long-term EHS vision and strategy across projects
-Ensure alignment with international standards such as ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
-Establish safety governance frameworks and compliance systems
📜 Compliance & Regulatory Liaison
-Ensure full compliance with National Building Codes (NBC) and environmental regulations
-Liaise with regulatory authorities and statutory bodies
-Oversee environmental clearances and safety approvals for large-scale projects
📊 ESG & Investor Reporting
-Lead EHS reporting aligned with ESG frameworks
-Track sustainability metrics and performance indicators
-Support investor and stakeholder reporting requirements

-Lead emergency response planning and execution

-Implement corrective and preventive action plans

👤 Desired Profile
🎓 Qualifications
-Degree/Diploma in Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
-NEBOSH International Diploma / Graduate IOSH (Preferred)
-Other advanced safety certifications are an advantage

– 15+ years in EHS management within Real Estate / Infrastructure
-Strong exposure to high-rise residential and commercial developments
-Experience handling multi-site EHS operations
