🎯 Key Responsibilities
-Manage on-site execution of HVAC, Electrical, and Firefighting systems
-Oversee installation and commissioning of sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire extinguishers, and pre-action systems
-Plan manpower, materials, and resources for smooth project execution
-Conduct billing verification and rate analysis for MEP works
-Perform risk assessments and ensure adherence to workplace safety standards
-Monitor project schedules, track progress, and highlight snagging/deficiency points
-Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely closure of MEP activities
✅ Required Skills & Experience
– 7–10 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out MEP projects
-Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and fire protection systems
-Experience in site coordination, billing, and rate analysis
-Good understanding of project timelines and quality control
-Strong problem-solving and site management skills
