🏭 Industry: Fire Detection, Fire Suppression, Electronic Security, IBMS

💼 Experience: 12–15+ years

🎓 Education: Engineering or relevant technical qualification

📌 Key Responsibilities

1)Project Operations & Execution

-Plan and manage project startup activities in line with approved schedules

-Coordinate with clients for site readiness, storage allocation, and execution approvals

-Review and validate drawings, documents, and site-specific design requirements

-Deploy and manage dedicated engineers, vendors, contractors, and manpower

-Prepare and communicate detailed execution plans to avoid delays

-Monitor installation activities, site safety, and quality compliance

-Ensure effective material management, minimizing wastage and rework

-Track daily site activities, manpower deployment, and installation progress

-Address site issues, incidents, and customer feedback with corrective actions

2)Client & Stakeholder Management

-Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution

-Maintain strong working relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors

-Coordinate with internal teams for troubleshooting, shutdowns, and startups

📊 Strategy, Planning & Process Improvement

-Optimize project processes to reduce lead time and accelerate revenue realization

-Align project plans with client go-live timelines

-Support preparation of annual operating plans and project budgets

-Drive quality improvements to reduce poor quality, wastage, and cost overruns

-Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and approved project scope

👥 Team Leadership & Discipline

-Plan and support recruitment of project teams in coordination with HR

-Define roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members

-Promote safety, hygiene, and compliance across project sites

-Drive cost leadership through efficient manpower and resource utilization

-Conduct regular performance reviews and team development initiatives

-Ensure compliance with safety norms, shift administration, and site discipline

📈 MIS, Reporting & Governance

-Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly project reports

-Track project cost centers and financial impact on an ongoing basis

-Handle internal and external audit requirements related to projects

-Report accurate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
