\u2022 Provide timely end-user support and ticket resolution
\u2022 Maintain system performance and minimize downtime
\u2022 Coordinate with vendors for hardware-related concerns<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n\ud83c\udfaf What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 2\u20133 years of experience in IT\/Desktop Support
\u2022 Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation & troubleshooting
\u2022 Good understanding of MS Office tools
\u2022 Basic networking knowledge
\u2022 Strong communication & problem-solving skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Experience in IT asset management
\u2022 Familiarity with remote desktop tools
\u2022 Basic knowledge of servers or cloud environments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
