\u2013 Develop and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ITPs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Define quality benchmarks as per IS Codes, NBC, and project specifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure adherence to approved drawings and method statements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Monitor RCC, finishing, and MEP works<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Identify NCRs (Non-Conformities) and ensure timely closure<\/p>\n\n\n\n
