We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager \u2013 Sales to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Noida and Ghaziabad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83e\udd1d Channel Partner Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Build and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Drive sales through channel alliances and partnerships<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and partner engagement activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Ensure consistent business flow through relationship strengthening<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udcc8 Sales & Revenue Growth<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Manage the complete sales lifecycle (lead to closure)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Identify new business opportunities through networking and market outreach<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Track market trends and competitor activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udfe1 Client Engagement & Relationship Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Engage with buyers and investors to understand requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Deliver project presentations, site visits, and negotiations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales support<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Build long-term relationships and referral networks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Work closely with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Share market insights and sales feedback with leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Ensure seamless coordination for deal closures and execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 10\u201315 years of experience in real estate sales<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Strong exposure to channel sales and direct sales<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Proven track record of target achievement and deal closures<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Strong network of brokers and channel partners in Noida & Ghaziabad<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
