Growth<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Manage national &amp; regional modern trade accounts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Drive business development and revenue growth<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Build strong relationships with buyers and retail stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\ude80 Product Listing &amp; Availability<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Drive new product listings (NPD) across key accounts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Ensure availability and visibility of product portfolio across stores<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Maintain optimal stock levels (15\u201320 days) with distributors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfaf Sales &amp; Target Achievement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Execute sales plans and promotional activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Monitor and improve store-level performance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfea In-Store Execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Manage in-store promoters and merchandisers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Ensure high-quality execution and visibility standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Drive sales through strong on-ground presence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcca Reporting &amp; Coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Prepare and present weekly\/monthly business reviews<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Follow PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) &amp; beat plans<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and third-party teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfaf Key Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 2\u20138 years of experience in FMCG sales (Modern Trade)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Strong exposure to modern retail chains and store operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Experience in handling regional chains and large format stores<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Proven track record in key account management and relationship building<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Understanding of category management and retail execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\uddf0 Core Competencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Key Account Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Modern Trade Sales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Retail Execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Distributor &amp;
