We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Senior Data Analyst to transform customer conversation, transactional, and product usage data into actionable insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcc8 Data Analysis & Insights<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Analyze customer interaction data (SMS, WhatsApp, chat) to identify trends and patterns<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Work with transactional & product usage datasets to uncover drop-offs and growth opportunities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udcca Reporting & Dashboarding<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Build and maintain business dashboards and reports using BI tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Develop funnel analytics (MQL \u2192 SQL \u2192 Revenue)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Track campaign performance, engagement, and product adoption metrics<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83e\udd1d Business Collaboration<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Product teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Understand business problems and convert them into data models and frameworks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Provide data-driven recommendations for revenue and growth<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83e\udde0 Data Management & Governance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Identify data gaps, tracking issues, and improvement areas<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Work with large-scale datasets and maintain data integrity<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udfaf Key Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 6\u20138 years of experience in data analytics \/ business analytics<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Strong expertise in SQL, Excel \/ Google Sheets, and BI tools (Power BI \/ Tableau \/ Looker)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Experience in funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and customer lifecycle metrics<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ability to convert raw data into business insights and recommendations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Strong understanding of data quality and governance practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf1f Preferred Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Experience in SaaS \/ CPaaS \/ CRM \/ Marketing Automation domains<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Exposure to customer engagement or conversational analytics<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Understanding of product analytics and growth frameworks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
