D2C sectors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, PoCs &amp; pilots<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd1d Account Management (Farming)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell strategies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Ensure long-term customer retention and value creation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Maintain strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udde0 Solution Selling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Drive complex solution sales involving integrations and PoCs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, Marketing &amp; Operations leaders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Participate in technical discussions and solution positioning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc65 Team Building &amp; Leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Hire, onboard, and manage a team of 2\u20134 sales professionals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Mentor and drive performance to achieve regional goals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Collaborate with inside sales teams for lead generation support<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcca Planning &amp;
