\u2013 Lead architectural design coordination across multiple ongoing and upcoming projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure integration of functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Review and finalize concept designs aligned with project vision and feasibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83e\udd1d Consultant & Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and specialized consultants<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Provide clear design briefs and review submissions for quality and feasibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory norms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udcd0 Design Development & Technical Oversight<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Drive design development from concept to execution stage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure effective integration of structural and MEP elements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Collaborate with execution teams on specifications, materials, budgets, and timelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Oversee preparation of conceptual, approval, tender, and GFC drawings<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Maintain high standards of detailing, accuracy, and documentation control<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Support presentation drawings and design models<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udfe2 Site Coordination & Execution Support<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design intent<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Validate materials, finishes, and construction quality<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Manage design changes due to site or client requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf93 Educational Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Master\u2019s Degree (M.Arch \/ Urban Design \/ Construction Management) preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83e\udde0 Experience & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 10\u201315 years of relevant experience in real estate projects (high-rise preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Strong expertise in design coordination and project execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Understanding of development regulations and approval processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udcbb Technical Expertise<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Proficiency in AutoCAD<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Working knowledge of MS Office<\/p>\n\n\n\n
