\u2013 Review and approve GFC (Good for Construction) drawings<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure all drawings align with approved municipal plans<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Validate designs before submission and execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83e\udd1d Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Coordinate with design architects, liaison consultants, structural, MEP, and vendors<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Resolve design and execution challenges proactively<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Work closely with project, planning, and execution teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Strong experience in high-rise residential projects (SRA preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
