\u2013 Design and plan high-rise residential buildings (Rehab & Sale)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure compliance with DCPR 2034 regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Develop detailed layouts and architectural plans<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udcd1 Drawings & Execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Prepare and release GFC (Good for Construction) drawings<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure all drawings align with approved municipal plans<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Review consultant drawings before final approvals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83e\udd1d Coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Coordinate with design architects, liaison consultants, structural, MEP, and vendors<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Work closely with site and PMO teams for execution alignment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Collaborate with sales & marketing teams for project collaterals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udfd7\ufe0f Site Monitoring<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution as per drawings<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Identify discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure quality and adherence to design intent<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udfaf Required Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Strong knowledge of high-rise residential design (SRA preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Hands-on experience with GFC drawings and execution planning<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Good understanding of DCPR 2034 guidelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Attention to detail and problem-solving ability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
