\u2013 Supervise site execution across HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Fire Alarm, PA systems, and Plumbing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure work is executed as per approved design drawings and project timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udc77 Vendor & Contractor Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure adequate manpower availability from vendors and contractors at the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Coordinate daily activities with contractors, vendors, and project teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Monitor contractor compliance with required licenses, documentation, and site registers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udce6 Material Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Raise procurement requests for project materials as per design requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure proper receipt, unloading, storage, and issuance of materials at site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Maintain records of materials received, consumed, and pending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd27 Quality & Project Monitoring<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Conduct sample mock-ups for design approvals before large-scale execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Monitor project schedules and highlight delays or variations to the project leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Prepare weekly project progress reports with status updates and site photographs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u26a0\ufe0f Safety & Compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and use of PPE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Monitor and approve permits for hazardous work activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ensure installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Prepare snag lists and ensure closure before project completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Verify contractor measurements and billing submissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
