\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Prepare and maintain baseline project schedules covering civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and fa\u00e7ade works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity sequencing, dependencies, and key project milestones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress and update schedules accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Prepare look-ahead schedules, identify delays, track critical paths, and recommend corrective actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Coordinate with design, procurement, contracts, QS, and execution teams for schedule inputs and updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Track drawing approvals, material submissions, long-lead items, and delivery timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Prepare S-curves, manpower histograms, productivity analysis, and MIS reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Support procurement planning by aligning delivery timelines with project schedules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Assist in time impact analysis, cost forecasting, and progress measurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Generate progress reports, dashboards, and management updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Maintain accurate planning data, logs, and schedule documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Participate in project coordination meetings and highlight schedule risks or delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udfaf Required Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Strong knowledge of project scheduling using MS Project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Good understanding of commercial building construction processes and sequencing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ability to prepare detailed schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Experience coordinating with multiple project stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf93 Qualification<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2b50 Preferred Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience working on commercial, high-rise, or large building construction projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
