\u2022 Minimum 3+ years of experience in sourcing or sales with a real estate developer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Strong network of brokers and channel partners in the Mumbai real estate market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Ability to drive sourcing targets and manage partner relationships independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Strong coordination skills with internal sales and marketing teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
