-Verify revenue recognition in line with applicable accounting standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Audit project-wise costing, budgeting, and expense allocations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Validate vendor payments, contractor bills, and procurement transactions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Review receivables, customer advances, and collection records<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Evaluate and strengthen internal control mechanisms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Conduct risk assessments and identify financial irregularities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor adherence to internal policies and SOPs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Audit site-level cash transactions and material management processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Verify BOQ comparisons, cost variances, and project margins<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Review land-related documentation and payment compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Assess operational efficiency across project sites<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udcca Reporting & Follow-ups<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare structured audit reports with findings and recommendations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Present observations to senior management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure corrective action implementation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf93 Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-CA \/ CMA \/ Inter CA \/ MBA (Finance) preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 4\u201312 years of experience in Internal Audit (real estate or construction preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel<\/p>\n\n\n\n
