-Appear before courts or regulatory authorities when required<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Handle land disputes and property-related legal matters<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track litigation status and maintain structured case records<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Provide legal risk assessments and advisory support to management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support dispute resolution and settlement negotiations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Law (LLB) \u2013 Mandatory<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Master\u2019s Degree in Law (LLM) \u2013 Preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Active Bar Council enrollment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 8\u201315 years of litigation experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Exposure to infrastructure, construction, or real estate sectors preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
