-Lead recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Manage onboarding and employee induction processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure timely closure of open positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage attendance and leave processes through HRMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor regularization and ESS activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Validate and process monthly payroll inputs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, LWF, and labour laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain statutory documentation and records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support audits and compliance reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udcca HR MIS & Reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare and present HR MIS reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain HR dashboards and reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track key HR metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83e\udd1d Employee Relations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Handle employee queries and grievances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support disciplinary processes where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Promote a positive work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83e\udde0 Required Skills & Knowledge<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong experience in end-to-end HR operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong HR MIS and Excel skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Excellent communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong stakeholder management ability<\/p>\n\n\n\n
