Manpower Planning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct initial screening and first-level interviews of candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support timely closure of manpower requirements within approved budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcca HR Operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain accurate attendance records for on-roll and outsourced employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Track leaves, duty rosters, and employee documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Compile and submit attendance data for payroll processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain updated employee records and files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd04 Employee Life Cycle Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support employee lifecycle activities including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Induction<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probation tracking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Confirmation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Training<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exit formalities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Full &amp; Final settlements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure timely completion of documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd1d Employee Relations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Address employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support disciplinary actions in coordination with HR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor employee discipline and attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure professional communication standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf93 Training &amp; Engagement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct employee induction programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support training initiatives at unit level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Organize employee engagement activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support employee development initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcd1 Statutory Compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain statutory registers and records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Update compliance records on a regular basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uddc2\ufe0f Administration Support<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Coordinate issuance of ID cards, uniforms, and name badges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain records of company assets issued to employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure recovery of assets during employee exit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support day-to-day administrative activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcc8 Reporting &amp;
