\ud83d\udcc5 Project Planning & Coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC, vendors, and internal teams including Design, Interior, and MEP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Liaise with Project Heads for assigned sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track drawings including Design, Interior, and MEP to ensure milestone adherence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Follow up on approvals, drawings, and BOQs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor design schedules and align with site execution timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate PO\/WO processing and payment tracking with Finance team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udfe2 Site Execution Support<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor site progress for assigned projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate between Civil, MEP, HVAC, and Interior teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track pending activities and highlight delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure timely material availability as per project schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Monitor material dispatch and delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udcca Documentation & Reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Weekly Progress Reports (WPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain drawing registers and revision control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain project documentation for audit and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83e\udd1d Vendor & Contractor Coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ensure work and materials comply with approved BOQs and drawings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support billing and measurement verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Assist in resolving vendor and contractor issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udcb0 Budget & Cost Monitoring<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Track project expenses against approved budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support CAPEX tracking and reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Identify cost deviations and highlight risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Support cost control initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udce2 Communication & Escalation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Escalate risks and delays in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Maintain smooth communication between site teams and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf93 Qualification<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u23f3 Experience & Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 5\u20138 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Experience in Interiors \/ Commercial \/ Retail \/ Construction projects preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Understanding of drawings and BOQs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Knowledge of Civil, MEP, HVAC, and Interior coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-AutoCAD knowledge preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Strong reporting and documentation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Good communication and coordination abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Ability to manage multiple projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
